There are many air conditioning manufacturers to choose from, and so we needed to differentiate LG Air Solutions from the competition, not by focusing on product features, but something more meaningful.
Our aim is to persuade more installers to select LG as their trusted supplier of air conditioning units.
Our approach utilised targeted paid advertising on LinkedIn and Facebook, along with a strategic mix of email nurturing and engaging organic social media content.
We wanted to truly win the trust and affinity of the target audience: installers and engineers.
So, we answered their number one question: why should they choose LG?
With so many air conditioning manufacturers to choose from, the reasons to stock and supply LG had to be compelling, so we lasered in on partnership.
All of our campaign messaging had a focus on building brand loyalty with the installer market, rather than the features of the products themselves.
