After you have given us access to your website and analytics, our team will carry out an audit of your current SEO performance in three areas. They are:

  • Onsite - how much organic traffic you currently have. 
  • Offsite - what keywords and terms you rank for.
  • Technical - highlight any technical issues (like page loads and links).
  • Plus we’ll complete an analysis on your competitors, helping us to benchmark progress.

GOALS & OBJECTIVES

Our team will then be able to make some judgements on what SEO success looks like against your business objectives. Including:

  • What our targets are for the next 3-6 months.
  • What metrics are suitable to judge whether those targets are being met.

STRATEGY & ROADMAP

Our team will then write a strategy based on the audit and a roadmap of tasks, which includes:

  • A summary of the insights and how this informs the strategic direction.
  • A list of focus areas, tasks, timings and actions to be completed over the next 3-6 months.

REPORTING

There will be regular check-in points with your project lead and SEO specialist, covering:

  • Progress, actions taken, status, potential learnings and where we can optimise.

TECHNICAL AUDIT

After three months we’ll complete a technical audit report to check that:

  • Decisions and actions taken are working as they should, taking into account any changes or updates from Google.

How much does it cost?

Your retainer is completely dependent on what you need and how much you’re willing to invest in SEO. But to help, here are a list of the factors your retainer will consider:

Based on our hourly rate of £90 and a minimum of 10 hours per month (for 3 months) the retainer would be £2,700.
