Our Agency Pricing: Transparent and Expert-Led.
Pricing, especially marketing services in the technical, complex world of engineering and manufacturing, can feel challenging. How much should you be spending on your marketing output? How can you unlock more budget from your senior team for all your great ideas? Where should you be allocating your spend? Should you consider working with a marketing agency?
These are all questions we can help answer.
We believe in transparent pricing that reflects the value of specialised and expert delivery, the importance of flexibility in retained partnerships, and the complexity of multi-market campaigns.
Whether you're looking for retained month-on-month support or a high-impact international campaign, here’s how we price our work — and why.

We're a time-based agency
We operate on an hourly rate model. Our costs are based on accurate scoping and ongoing learnings.
What does this mean for you?
- When given a brief and a budget range, we forecast our activity within your budget based on the time we know it’ll take to deliver.
- Without an upfront budget, costs are tailored to the specific brief given, plus the channels and activities required. We’ll give creative justification and work with you to come to a package that works.
- You pay for the actual time our team spends delivering work.
- Estimates are created by the same specialists who will deliver the work — no guesswork.
Our average hourly rate is £132, and we apply a specific % of the total budget to manage your project from start to finish.
Shaped by experts
Whether you brief us through your account manager or our new business team, we work collaboratively and collectively to ensure your project is planned clearly. We want to ensure expectations are aligned, removing ambiguity from the outset.
- The internal delivery team scopes the work, breaking it down by channel, objective, and time requirement. As channel experts with hands-on experience working in the industry, they’re best placed to bring both their skills and learnings from recent results.
- We compile a clear costing breakdown, showing how time will be allocated across tasks. This allows us to either stick to a given budget or develop a budget proposal for your consideration.
You’ll know exactly what’s included — and just as importantly, what isn’t — before we begin. Once a budget is agreed, we’ll detail everything in a statement of work so you can be sure what we’re delivering, when we’re delivering it and why.
Rest assured, too, that your assigned management team will keep tabs on your project’s budget throughout its lifecycle. Any additions, scope creep or changes will be quickly tracked and communicated.
Retainers: built for consistency and growth
Our retainers are built with growth in mind. You can learn more about our retainer structure here.
Our annual retainers start from £5,000/month and scale up to £35,000/month. Choosing a retainer model can depend on many factors:
- The number of marketing channels and activity level (e.g. SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, content, HubSpot, design).
- Strategic and creative involvement required from us for additional, business-driving campaigns.
- Your resource, and how much support you need each month - we can operate as your sole marketing team or as a wider support to your internal marketers.
For many of our engineering clients, retainers provide the structure and momentum needed to build brand awareness, generate leads, and measure performance over time.
They also offer a more predictable and manageable spend, and the ability to flex support between deliverables as your needs shift.
Campaigns built for impact
Campaigns are inherently more complex, but we thrive on the challenge!
Why are they complex? No two campaigns are the same. Your business is unique, and there are many factors that influence cost, including:
- The number of target countries or languages
- Your target audience demographic
- Preferred ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, programmatic)
- Creative approach or input
- Run time and ongoing optimisation
- Level of reporting
- Budget for paid media spend, which is separate from our production costs
Our campaigns typically start at £15,000 and these rise to £250,000+ for multi-market, multi-channel, lead-generating initiatives for global companies.
Every quote and proposal starts the same way: with a conversation and a scope — no smoke, no mirrors.

That’s why our pricing model is:
- Transparent — you know what you’re getting and how we’re aiming to support your drive to win market presence
- Flexible — so we can scale up or down as needed
- Expert-driven — built by marketers who understand complex product ecosystems and long buying cycles
Our proven track record
