Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to proactively manage a portfolio of clients. The Client Services team is at the heart of FINALLY - this role is all about ensuring we have happy customers and a successful business.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will have a passion for project management, including owning and monitoring projects, budgets and initiatives that can drive additional revenue. You will possess both excellent communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams. As an Account Manager you will be confident, bold and eager to make active contributions to marketing strategies.

You will have 2+ years experience in an Account Management role, preferably within an agency.

 

What does the job involve?

This is an influential and wide-ranging role that will include the following:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are set and managed.
  • Providing counsel to clients on solutions to communications across all touch points.
  • Defining and monitoring project scope, managing budgets, assigning internal and external resources and interpreting client needs.
  • Preparing detailed work briefs for multidisciplinary teams and supporting them on ongoing tasks.
  • Contributing creative ideas for ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring and reporting on activity performance.
  • Facilitating teamwork across client and agency teams, building a can do attitude inside the agency and externally.
  • Presenting work to clients and making active contributions in client meetings.

The way we work:

  • A reduced 35 hour week.
  • Core hours 10.00-15.00.
  • Flexible working outside of these hours.
  • Remote working option at all times.
  • Generous holiday allowance.
  • Salary range: £23k - £27k DOE.

Location: Must live in a commutable distance to Canterbury, Kent
