We know there’s a wealth of options out there right now, so for you to make a choice, you need to be sold.

We know you’re hungry for an opportunity that’ll put you at the heart of proceedings and truly emphasise your expertise and value.

We know you’re seeking a role in an organisation as fast-paced as you are.

Luckily for you, we’re hiring.

FINALLY are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager who’ll help us continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients in the engineering and manufacturing sector.

We need someone confident. Someone who loves communication, and thrives on collaboration. Your voice and opinions are essential, and we want to hear them.

We need someone who truly embodies our values. They are at the centre of our business, so you’ll need to live and breathe them. You can familiarise yourself with them in The Breakdown section below.

We need someone who finds change comfortable and is excited, not fearful, about what’s around the corner. Our industry moves quickly, but we know you’ll move quicker.

To join our ranks, you’ll need to be armed with at least three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager within a marketing agency or digital setting. You’ll also preferably arrive with skills in project management systems such as Forecast and familiarity with a multi-service environment.

We’re unwilling to compromise on this experience because this role is crucial to our continued success. You need the tools, training and competency to hit the ground running. Simply put: you’ll be an instrumental player in scoping and shaping project delivery here at FINALLY.

You’ll coordinate scheduling, time and budget management, reporting and more - taking a holistic approach to this key role within our organisation.

In exchange for your experience, skills, and tenacity, you’ll receive a £35,000 annual salary and a reduced 35-hour working week.

You’ll also benefit from free life insurance, optional health and dental insurance, paid volunteering days, annual training budgets, access to trade shows and exhibitions, plus regular company social events.

Whilst the importance of this role cannot be overstated, nothing is more important than your life. That’s why we offer a “core hours” scheme, which asks employees to work between 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday. The remaining hours can be completed whenever and however you want.

Our modern and spacious office features a podcast studio, chill-out lounge and is just a stone’s throw from Canterbury West railway station, with fantastic high-speed links to Central London. The city’s best bars and restaurants are also on our doorstep - perfect for a post-work pint.

So, if you’re committed to delivering exceptional work, being an active member in a team that embraces change and always answers the tough questions, then you’re the Project Manager for us, and we’re the agency for you.
