Finally Agency seeks an experienced Account Manager who is ready to take on new challenges and provide exceptional service and support to our engineering and manufacturing clients.

You’ll serve as a strategic partner to our clients and be their voice and representative internally. You’ll focus on fostering and nurturing relationships with them, work hard to grow their accounts, and collaborate with our Project Managers to ensure their projects' successful delivery.

Our Account Managers are the frontline of our agency, so you'll need to embody our values and company culture unwaveringly. We go into more detail in The Breakdown below.

You'll benefit from a salary of £38-£50k (doe) and a reduced 35-hour working week. We're a hybrid agency dedicated to promoting our staff's health and wellbeing. Our "core-hours" scheme asks employees to work 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday; it's your choice how and when to complete your remaining.

All our staff are fully equipped to work remotely; however, we ask that you live within a commutable distance of our Canterbury office for when face-to-face collaboration is needed.

The breakdown

Our requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years Account Management experience essential.
  • Marketing background and experience within an agency are essential.
  • In-depth client industry insight, and armed with strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in agency offerings and can articulate these to clients.
  • Confident and capable of resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Expertise in integrating various agency services for comprehensive client solutions.
  • The ability to foster long-term strategic client partnerships, and capable of anticipating client needs.
  • An unwavering team player who can work effectively with each of our creative departments.

The role

  • Responsible for managing our growing portfolio of clients and projects.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with our clients and serving as their voice internally.
  • Works closely with Head of Client Services to establish goals for projects and client communication.
  • Work alongside our Project Management team to ensure the successful scope and delivery of client projects and campaigns.
  • Maintain judgement of creative ideas and proposals
  • Communicate actively with creative disciplines.
  • Strong desire for FINALLY to be seen as a thought leader.
  • Works closely with the Head of Client Services to introduce new initiatives.
